Black Friday 28-day repayment hold

01 The promotion

This promotion is offered by CapRelease Limited (“CapRelease”) to eligible new UK eCommerce customers applying for CapRelease’s standard funding offering.

Approved customers who meet these terms will receive a 28-day repayment hold, at no additional cost.

02 Promotional period

Completed applications must be received between 16 October 2026 and 23:59 GMT on 25 November 2026.

Funding agreements can be signed, and funding received, during the promotional period, subject to approval and satisfaction of the agreement’s funding conditions.

The final deadline for signing is 23:59 GMT on 2 December 2026. This additional five-working-day period allows applications received before the closing deadline to progress through assessment, offer and signing. The signing deadline applies irrespective of when an offer is issued.

03 Completed applications

Your application must be fully submitted, with all required information, documents and data connections in place for CapRelease to underwrite your application and decide whether to offer funding.

Starting an application, submitting an enquiry or booking a call does not qualify.

If your application meets these requirements before the closing deadline, further information requested by CapRelease’s underwriting team after that deadline will not, by itself, disqualify your application from the promotion.

CapRelease’s application records will establish when your completed application was received.

04 Eligibility and approval

The promotion is available only to new UK eCommerce customers who meet CapRelease’s standard eligibility and underwriting criteria. Existing customers are excluded.

All funding remains subject to assessment, verification, approval and a signed funding agreement. Applying before the deadline does not guarantee approval, an offer or funding.

Your funding offer will confirm whether the promotion applies.

05 The 28-day repayment hold

No repayments or monthly minimum payments will be due before the date falling 28 calendar days after the funds arrive in your nominated bank account. Your first repayment will be due on that date or, if it falls on a weekend or bank holiday in England and Wales, on the next working day.

The hold begins when funds arrive, not when you apply, receive an offer or sign your agreement.

Your merchant cash advance (MCA) agreement will record the repayment schedule incorporating this hold, including the subsequent repayment dates and final repayment date. All other terms of your MCA agreement remain unchanged.

06 Fees and total repayment

There is no additional charge for the promotion. The repayment hold does not increase the agreed funding fee or total amount repayable.

The promotion defers repayments; it does not reduce or cancel any amount owed under your funding agreement.

07 Signing and receiving funding

To qualify for the promotion, your completed application must be received within the promotional period and your funding agreement must be signed by 23:59 GMT on 2 December 2026. Any earlier acceptance deadline stated in your offer must also be met.

Submitting a completed application before the closing deadline does not guarantee that an offer will be issued before the signing deadline.

Funds may arrive after the signing deadline, subject to the funding agreement and satisfaction of its funding conditions. The 28-day repayment hold begins when the funds arrive.

08 Other offers

This promotion cannot be combined with any other promotion or offer.

09 Your funding agreement

These terms govern eligibility for the promotion. Your funding agreement will record the promotional repayment arrangements and the other contractual terms of your funding.

If your funding offer or agreement does not reflect the promotion you expected, contact CapRelease before signing.
